1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to respond to you and run this website:

• Contact and quote requests: name, company, email address, phone number, country, project details and any files you upload.
• Communication records: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request times, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
• Cookie data: only where you have given consent, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and carry out pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)), to keep business records and meet legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)), and to operate and secure this website (legitimate interests, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Service providers and international transfers

We use carefully selected service providers to run this website and handle messages: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery for the contact and quote forms) and, if you choose to contact us that way, WhatsApp (Meta). These providers may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms permitted under the GDPR and KVKK.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on your request, then deleted. Data related to orders and contracts is kept for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law.

6. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Under KVKK Art. 11 you may also ask whether your data is processed and to whom it has been transferred.

To exercise your rights, send us a request through the form on our Contact page. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority or, in Türkiye, to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it to respond.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
