Custom manufacturing, built around your product.
Every box starts with what goes inside it. We engineer the structure, print and packing around your product, your supply chain and your brand.

What we can make for you
Structural design
We propose a construction based on product weight, fragility and how it is shipped and displayed.
Dielines
Exact dielines for your size, supplied to your designer before artwork starts.
Board specification
Flute profile, liner and grade selected for strength without excess material.
Printing
Flexographic, digital or offset-laminated, with colour proofing before production.
Finishing
Varnish, lamination, foil, embossing, windows, handles and tear strips.
Inserts and fitments
Corrugated or card inserts that hold products securely without plastic.
How a custom project runs
Brief
You share the product, dimensions, quantities, target market and any artwork. If you are unsure, we start from the product itself.
Specification and quote
We recommend structure, board and print method and send a written quotation.
Dieline and artwork
We supply the dieline. Your designer places the artwork; our prepress team checks it for print.
Prototype and proof
You approve a structural prototype and a colour proof. Changes are made at this stage, not after production.
Production and quality checks
Your order runs against the approved prototype, with checks on dimensions, print and assembly.
Packing and dispatch
Flat-packed, bundled and palletised for export, with documents prepared for your destination.
What to include in your brief
Missing some of it? Send what you have. We will ask for the rest.
- Product dimensions and weight (or the internal box size if known)
- Estimated quantity per order and per year
- Board preference, if any (kraft, white, recycled content)
- Artwork files or a description of the print
- Destination country and preferred Incoterm
- Target delivery date
